The deadline for companies to comply with PSD2 is coming!
This means that by the December 31, 2020, deadline, any transaction that goes through the European Economic Area (EEA) in any capacity requires an increased level of protection for consumers. While some countries may postpone further (for example, the UK enforcement date is now 14 September 2021), most are adhering to this end-of-year deadline so compliance is recommended.
